Really nice place great atmosphere really like the set up. Food was super and serve was excellent. I believe the servers name was Donovan and he was great. They even put the Jets game on for us. Great place and will be back! Good job to all and a great addition to Gimli!!

Food was the best we have ever had all around CANADA Atmosphere is so relaxing, what a great place to put the feet up and relax Such a clean and well maintained place I really don't believe people know of this little gem, definitely not anywhere close to what we were expecting based off google. A brewery? In Gimli? It makes so much sense I cannot believe a business like this wasn’t started sooner. And what a job Interlake Brewing does filling the niche! Rooftop patio with a view of the lake? Check. Locally made beer? Check. The only spot in the province that I know of to get ceviche? Check. And of course, in addition to a brilliant fusion of a South American staple with local catch (Pickerel cheeks), there is plenty of elevated standard options. I’ve gotta talk about the pickerel cheek ceviche a bit more, because it was simply the perfect dish. A hot day with cold fish cooked in lime juice, accented with fresh jalapenos and herbs? Serious kudos to the chef. This on ahoy day on the rooftop patio with a cold local beer? Yeah, I’d call that a perfect day. Overall, Interlake Brewing offers an experience I’ve always felt Gimli needed and fills the role with the chops of a seasoned veteran. Must-go status! Worth making the trip from Winnipeg for sure, as this establishment can compete with the best in the city.
Visited on a quiet Sunday afternoon. Beer was delicious, food was great and service was top notch. Would like to go back in the summer and visit the rooftop patio.

What a little gem ! I sat upstairs / outside ... looking at the street and the lake ! Waiter Donavan was very knowledgable of my gluten-free situation. He is so kind as well , knows his job ! . Sophia / Donavan & the kitchen staff made me some AMAZING GF food ! Can't wait to go back :)
What an awesome ambiance and amazing hosts. Stopped by for an evening of dinner and drinks with 2 kids and boy this experiment was so good!!! We were a little early and it was the Jets game night too. Food was very tasty and service was super quick
We were in over the long weekend and really enjoyed our food and beverages. It was extremely busy but our waitress was amazing. The food was amazing, we had the meatball sub and fish and chips. We also enjoyed a couple flights. The view from the patio on the roof was very good!
